STATEMENT
C.A.T.S (Crazy Awesome Tune Spinners) is CatChi's official DJ programme; an alternative to the traditional resident model; created to celebrate DJs and the music they love.We believe talent deserves opportunity, not exclusivity. C.A.T.S gives our DJs a place to perform, grow, and share their sound with the community.

Our Expectations
Be Engaging
Engaging with our customers is key to developing a positive club vibe; some people are shy and just need a little nudge; lets make sure we at least say "hi" xD.Sign-Ups & Schedules
Sign ups should be confirmed no later than the Friday before we open. Schedules can only be posted once everyone has confirmed their status in sign ups.
Sign-ups will be available shortly after each opening.Time Management
We require you guys to manage your own time; we do expect people to turn up for shifts on time; if you're running late or can't make it, just let us know; we understand real life comes first; but we might able to offer you some support ♥
Continued unreasonable absences will result in termination.Payments
We pay hourly; you only get paid for completed hours. If you leave before the end of your scheduled hours; you'll get your payment at the start of your next shift. Payments will only be made directly to the contracted employee.
Payments are made at the end of scheduled hours.Uniform
If job role requires a uniform; it will be provided; this is to be worn during your shift.
We kindly ask; you do not wear your uniform outside of CatChi events and services.
Remember your representing our brand while in uniform.Training
Brand new players would be trained and shadowed, where as experienced staff would only require a briefing; both include a full tour of our facilities.
